How to Pick your Size: Choose a size that is approx 2-4”/5-10 cm larger than your actual bust measurement, depending on your preferred fit. Shown in Size 2 (38.5”/98 cm), A-line version.
Yarn/Yardage: Aran/Bulky-weight yarn, shown in Osprey by Quince & Co (100% American Wool; 100g = 170 yds), shown in color Fox, broken out as follows:
- For A-line Version: 870 (995, 1100, 1180, 1290) (1400, 1520, 1655, 1755) yds, 5 (6, 7, 7, 8) (8, 9, 10, 10) skeins.
- For Waist-Shaped or No-Shaped Version: 825 (960, 1055, 1145, 1250) (1360, 1480, 1625, 1730) yds, 5 (6, 6, 7, 7) (8, 9, 9, 10) skeins.

Needles & Supplies:
- US 10/6 mm 24”/60 cm and 32”/80 cm circ needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
- US 10/6 mm DPNs for sleeves, or size used to obtain gauge (or you can use 32”/80 cm circ for magic loop method).
- US 9/5.5 mm 32”/80 cm, 16”/40 cm circ and DPNs, or 1 needle size smaller than that used to obtain gauge.
- Stitch markers.
- Tapestry needle.
- 2 pieces of scrap yarn, approx 20”/51 cm in length.
Construction:
- Ramona Pullover is knit all in one piece from the top-down and features raglan construction to shape the yoke.
- Starting at the neck, you will work back and forth to shape the neckline, then piece is joined and worked in the round to the underarms.
- Sleeves are then split and body is worked in the round to the hem with options to either work A-line shaping, waist shaping or no shaping.
- Sleeves are then transferred to DPNs (or you can use 32”/80 cm circ for magic loop method) and worked in the round to the cuff.
- Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline to create the neck trim.
