I’m always looking for simple pieces that I can use to layer in the warmer months. And Castaway is just that – a simple, cropped & boxy tee meant to be worn with generous ease for an easy-fitting and relaxed summer look that looks great layered.

This is the PDF version of the pattern. After going through the checkout you will receive an email with a downloadable PDF link. If you prefer to purchase through Ravelry, click here.

Picking a Size: Shown in Size S (43”/109 cm), being worn with approx. 9”/23 cm of positive ease at the bust. I recommend picking a size that is 6-10”/15-25 cm larger than your actual bust measurement, depending on your desired fit. *Because this yarn has been discontinued, other yarn suggestions are: Berroco Meraki, Berroco Isola, and Juniper Moon Farm Zooey DK.

You can also check out my blog post that provides more in-depth yarn substitution ideas. Also, if you use a wool blend yarn, you may want to consider adding a hem trim so the bottom doesn’t roll. Check out my Castaway Tips page for more info about this!
