Introducing my latest pattern, Soundtrack!
Soundtrack is knit seamlessly from the bottom-up using worsted-weight yarn (I used the lovely Sweet Georgia Yarns Superwash Worsted). It’s an easy-to-make layering top featuring 2 contrasting colors worked in a simple (yet entertaining!) slip stitch pattern. Like a catchy melody, Soundtrack’s stitch pattern is a bit addictive – you’ll have a hard time putting it down!
Wear it as a tee in warm-weather climates, layer it over a long sleeve for cooler temps, or if you’re like me and live where it’s freezing right now, throw another layer on top and it’s more like a warm shell underneath. Super versatile, it’s just as much fun to wear as it is to knit.
So you know how I said this stitch pattern was catchy? Well, I enjoyed it so much that once I finished the top I decided it would be great worked up in an accessory as well…so there is also a Soundtrack Cowl that uses just 1 skein of each of the 2 colors!
If you purchase the Soundtrack Top pattern you automatically get the Soundtrack Cowl pattern too! Perhaps make the top for yourself and make the cowl as a gift (or vice versa!). Or, if you feel like you would only knit the cowl, you can purchase the cowl pattern individually if you prefer. Either way, knitting Soundtrack will provide a perfect, relaxing knitting soundtrack for your fall & winter.
